Tony has extensive agency and executive talent search experience, he was responsible for building some of the most dynamic and entrepreneurial leadership teams within the Media industry. Tony is therefore well versed at operating a C-suite level, building trusted relationships, conducting himself with professionalism and discretion whilst maintaining an in-depth understanding of the marketplace and industry sectors we operate within to identify the senior game – changers our clients need to propel their business forward.
Laura comes from an events and operations background having worked at a leading forum for live debate and discussion for over 15 years. She is responsible for the operations of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and supporting the founder and board of directors.
Currently Managing Director of jkr London. Over the past 16 years, Jonny has had the pleasure of developing brand and communication strategies for some of the world’s biggest brands whilst at the same time, developing new services, capabilities and processes to best deliver these strategies. He has built experience through working at a mix of agencies including Isobar and Geometry, design, data and technology led and BBDO, consumer and brand led. Jonny has also led Global partnerships with Google, Facebook and Amazon to maximise the value brands obtain from these platforms. This mix enables him to have broad perspective on what it takes to grow brands in today’s ever-changing landscape. With consumers attention being reduced to short moments in some occasions but increasing to long immersive experiences in other occasions, Jonny believes brands that focus on impactful design combined with cohesive and engaging experiences, will be the ultimate winners of the future.
