Given her experience with global world-class brands and agencies to help them implement an actionable vision, creative capabilities and innovative strategic thinking into their organisation, she is well placed to help our clients shape the future of marketing through the identification of talent that can lead them into the future.
Having run Grey London’s Account Leadership department through a time of fundamental change for the industry, Geraldine has direct experience of finding and nurturing the progressive talent that can transform organisations and drive growth. Combined with her previous experience as a headhunter, she is well placed to identify the senior game – changers our clients need to propel their business forward.
Tony has extensive agency and executive talent search experience, he was responsible for building some of the most dynamic and entrepreneurial leadership teams within the Media industry. Tony is therefore well versed at operating a C-suite level, building trusted relationships, conducting himself with professionalism and discretion whilst maintaining an in-depth understanding of the marketplace and industry sectors we operate within to identify the senior game – changers our clients need to propel their business forward.
Laura comes from an events and operations background having worked at a leading forum for live debate and discussion for over 15 years. She is responsible for the operations of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and supporting the founder and board of directors.
Simon is a seasoned veteran of advertising with over 25 years’ experience of working within the industry, most recently as CEO of Contagious. With a true entrepreneurial spirit, proven leadership skills, a deep knowledge of the global marketing industry and a natural curiosity for innovation and insight, his remit is to grow the company, explore strategic alliances and acquisition opportunities and to make the critical transition to guide The Blueprint from a nascent company into a global entity.
Jonny has been at the forefront of the constantly evolving communications landscape for the last 16 years. From direct marketing at Joshua G2 to creative technology at Glue Isobar and more recently, brand and business innovation at BBDO. Jonny’s varied background and experience across multiple categories and geographies gives him a unique perspective on what’s coming next and how both businesses and individuals should be preparing for the future. Although Jonny has a huge passion for technology and new skill sets, he believes people and mind sets will be the greatest competitive advantage for businesses in the future.
