Having run Grey London’s Account Leadership department through a time of fundamental change for the industry, Geraldine has direct experience of finding and nurturing the progressive talent that can transform organisations and drive growth. Combined with her previous experience as a headhunter, she is well placed to identify the senior game changers our clients need to propel their business forward.
Jules joins us from BBH where she has spent the last decade across client servicing, marketing, and growth. She has fostered environments for creativity across multiple markets including London, São Paulo, Shanghai, Los Angeles, and New York using a Global perspective to fuel local impact. Jules’ journey has seen her lead culture-shifting, genre-busting projects for the likes of Google, Vespa, The Trade Desk, and the heavily awarded ‘Glass Ceiling Breaker’ campaign. Her BBH journey culminated in the agency being named Standout Agency on Ad Age's 2022 A-List after an accelerated period of growth. Having sat with leadership but also been in the trenches she has an acute understanding of the challenges faced by a changing industry and is well-versed in how to join up agencies’ vision and goals with talents that best complement their mission and values. Jules’ laser focus on growth for her clients is delivered with an energetic, fun, and entrepreneurial style.
Tony has extensive agency and executive talent search experience, he was responsible for building some of the most dynamic and entrepreneurial leadership teams within the Media industry. Tony is therefore well versed at operating a C-suite level, building trusted relationships, conducting himself with professionalism and discretion whilst maintaining an in-depth understanding of the marketplace and industry sectors we operate within.
Elie’s extensive experience spans creative, media and innovation agencies. Her career includes AKQA where she led Xbox, L’Oreal and Google accounts, and We Are Social where she was Head of Client services across an enviable portfolio including Netflix, Audi and adidas. With 9 years at board level, she has a core understanding of the challenges leadership teams face in structuring for ‘future fit’, and her energy and insight will be instrumental in identifying the game changers who will deliver success for our clients.
Laura comes from an events and operations background having worked at a leading forum for live debate and discussion for over 15 years. She is responsible for the operations of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and supporting the founder and board of directors.
Jon Peppiatt aka Pep has spent the last 35 years at two of the UK’s leading Creative Agencies. He fulfilled a broad range of roles at BBH culminating in his appointment as Deputy Chairman and Head of Business Development in 2007 and Chairman in 2015 before leaving in early 2021. During his time as a member of the Leadership Team, BBH won Campaign’s Agency of the Year 5 times, was a 3-time winner of the IPA Effectiveness Agency of the Year and in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies for 12 consecutive years. Pep’s passion has always been people and helping his partners grow as individuals, teams and businesses.
Currently Managing Director of jkr London. Over the past 16 years, Jonny has had the pleasure of developing brand and communication strategies for some of the world’s biggest brands whilst at the same time, developing new services, capabilities and processes to best deliver these strategies. He has built experience through working at a mix of agencies including Isobar and Geometry, design, data and technology led and BBDO, consumer and brand led. Jonny has also led Global partnerships with Google, Facebook and Amazon to maximise the value brands obtain from these platforms. This mix enables him to have broad perspective on what it takes to grow brands in today’s ever-changing landscape. With consumers attention being reduced to short moments in some occasions but increasing to long immersive experiences in other occasions, Jonny believes brands that focus on impactful design combined with cohesive and engaging experiences, will be the ultimate winners of the future.
